Subject: [SYSTEM21] Daily shutdown and Startup

I have reviewed the archives and can see that some have automated
(unattended ?) the JBA system shutdown and startup procedures.
Currently, at my company, we are doing this manually. By reviewing the
GEAC Redbook I know that we are not doing all recommend tasks. For
example, the APG02PHY file currently has over 5 million records. From
what I have read this is not a good thing.

My question is. Can anyone help with documentation, programs or
whatever concerning these procedures/ processes? What should be done,
when it should be done and etc. would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance for your consideration.
