Hi,

As a Warehouse implementer/user etc. etc., note: with Indigo and Agility
extras, for many years, there are cases when the system does NOT have a pallet
type, as in SPL for a Standard Pallet, or the Warehouse code in the LDA goes
walkies and these occurrences give rise to a IN vs. WH difference.

Hence, as the WH module is a bolt-on to IN, the IN transaction occurs first and
is updated correctly and the WH transaction goes missing.

The reconcile adjusts IN to equal WH and then you have to go looking for the
missing WH stock, or find it at the next Stock Check. These issues have been
around for sometime and JBA has had several goes at fixing this to my
knowledge. One thing to check is that all Item/WH records exist and they have
a valid pallet type.

Sorry, but I haven't used Sys/21 for several years and do not have access to
the software to give correct file and field names etc.

Regards,
Marc Brown.
