Hi Steve

We use it, and have been doing so for a year. It's generally ok, but some 
of the initial programs contained bugs which put balances out of sync, we 
had a subsequent release of updated programs (Confirm Despatch was the 
main culprit) and we don't get too many issues with that anymore. Saying 
that though, there are only about 5 files involved, so when we had stock 
issues, it was very easy to write an overnight routine to get everything 
back in balance. It's not recommended to use the System/21 reconcilliation 
rebuild.
