A few key points to consider...
What version of the software are you running...?
Do you have a test environment where you can play with this...?
Did you have any assistance from a financial consultant to implement this...?
Do you have a maintenance contract with geac...?
Do you have an Answerlink account...?

What kind of "major problems" are you having...?

Once we implemented 3-Way Matching in 1998 we've had no major problems with the exception of the occasional failed posting session...

Help please!

We have recently started trying to use 3 way match as opposed to
traditionally logging/matching Purchase Order Invoices. We have encountered
a number of major problems and I would be interested to hear if anyone is
successfully using this or are we attempting the impossible?
