MRP process on the Style module

My greeting to you all. I am the new member of this millist. Just found the
website a few hour ago.
My name is Imam Daru. I am the system analyst of PT Sioen Indonesia, a
Belgium garment manufacturer in Indonesia. We use JBA system21 as our ERP
system, and we have implemented Generic and Style module.

Sorry that at the my first email I ask you some question, but, now we have
a problem on MRP process result. What I understand that MRP process
basically is calculating the Availability, which equal to Physical stock -
frozen stock + stock on order (Confirmed PO) - WOs requirement.

The problem we have now is some of the material has frozen qty more than
physical qty. Therefore, the availability from MRP process will says
negative, eventhough we don't have any requirement of this material and
this makes system suggest to purchase this item. We now that frozen qty
bigger that physical qty is impossible in reality, but in the system, this
case can happen, and made us purchase  not required material.

Instead of correcting the inventory data, do you have any suggestion to
make MRP process not calculating the frozen qty?
