You need to me sure they have appropriate module and task authorization.
Module (OE, IN, etc.) authorization is at a company level for each person.
Task authorization can be performed in that same screen or in menu
maintenance and can be allowed on a task by task basis or all tasks for a
given screen or module. If you are using System 21 Explorer, you also need
to authorize the user to the role codes that include the desired tasks.

Subject: [SYS21] MRP user authority

I need to know how to authorize a user to run the MPS and MRP. As far as I
can tell, I have authorized all necessary functions through the
administration menu, but the user still cannot run the MRP. Is there a
function somewhere else which needs to be authorized?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have recently lost our IS Manager
and I am trying to 'hold things together' until he is replaced.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Karen
