Good questions...

The first question is fairly easy...
Call your GEAC account rep. or refer to the original fax they sent you which
contained your authorization codes...
They do not print out when you print your auth. codes and that number is not
stored in any file that I'm aware of...

The second question is fairly more complicated...
I've been asking for just such a tool from both of them (JBA/GEAC) since I
worked there...
They are not really anxious for you to know how many seats you're really using
since you may just figure out that you have too many seats and might choose to
downgrade when it comes time to renew your maintenance agreement...

We wrote our own tool to track statistical usage and we sample every hour on the
hour...
We will be able to download to Excel and create pretty graphs should the need
arise...

Good luck...

I need to know two things
  1. How do I find out how many seats I have authorized for a given module.
  2. How do I find out how many seats have actually been used for that
module.

Thanks
