[SYS21] Year end changes

I know I asked this question before recently, but due to a disagreement
between myself
and my PC, I've lost a lot (read all) of my replies (amongst other bits and
pieces that
I didn't back up properly)

Anyway. Current year end is December 31st. This is changing to March 31st.
How do I best approach this?
