I think Fred has you on the right path. We use AMINITIAL for Explorer as
CWSINITIAL was for the pre-Explorer product. I don't think it matters
(something to do with license type XA vs. 21). We actually wrote our own
OSLINITIAL that sets the libraries and other tasks and then calls AMINITIAL
But I think with Fred's' method the user still can do Server Session in
Explorer. We allow users to use Explorer and Server Session for some
nonSystem21 tasks.

Subject: [SYS21] Explorer

Hi

I'm using JBA 3.5.2 IBM 4.5

With Explorer I have set up a user with Limit capabilities set to *yes with
an initial menu set up as well. If I now try to use Explorer by setting the
initial program in the jbasmg.ini file as *none the user can only login via
explorer to the initial menu, if I set the initial menu to aminitial or
cwsinitial explorer does not recognize the program.

Any ideas?

Regards

Steve Dodkins
