We use price lists with standard pricing (OEM). We created a price list, set
it as the default list. We then copied that price list named it FOC with all
items at zero. We override the order header with the FOC price list or at
the line item. Price lists work really well and can be updated as needed. We
usually copy the price list for the next year and up date the prices in the
new list. We use a naming convention as 99U (year 99 USA prices) etc.

Anyone know the easiest way to handle FOC items in SOP using Standard
Pricing please?

Simply, we ship an item on most orders that is FOC, but if the operator
forgets to put "FOC" as the price list for that order line, the
resulting Invoice gets "held for pricing".

Is there any way to set the default price list for an item?

Thanks in advance,

Neil.
