You should only have to worry about files MSP05 and MSP06.  The Cost Set
Name is not referenced in any other files.  I have written a program that
allows a user to Delete any cost set except the BLANK cost set, which is
your Std Cost cost set, so I am sure you should be OK changing the name of
one.
