We found the flag in the Style SOP Company that triggers the use of this
file.  It has to do with using Purchase Orders in Allocation.

APP93 is a Purchase Order Lines file in Style/400.  I've never actually
seen it used on our system.

AP320 Batch Allocation and OE322 Purchase Orders are the only programs
which reference this file.
