What you did should work.  The system will build it's index over the
first copy of the physical file it finds in the *LIBL.

However, might be worth checking whether any of the LF definitions use a
qualified library name in the DDS? I don't know if you can do that, but
can't think what else the problem could be.

You need to have the library with the physical files you want the
logicals
to
scope over in your library list when doing the restore...
That should achieve the desired result...

Use the JBA command DSPLIBDEP when finished to test your results...
