We are very pleased with their software, support and their people...
One major plus is that they have already written the interfaces into the JBA
package so they don't have to reinvent the wheel...

As a follow up, we are looking at barcoding our products with a view to bringing
in handheld scanning at the picking/confirm despatch stage. Does anyone else do
this at all? Any problems/comments?
