I would think this is something that you could get resolved from our friends on
the support desk at Geac...
You would probably be able to get them to FTP the actual source to you...
Assuming of course you log it on Answerlink...
If you are a customer then you should have an Answerlink account...
If you're not a customer then I wouldn't want to violate my license agreement by
sending you source code.
But, then again, I don't have SS...

We are on JBA v3.5.2.SP3 level.  We use Vertex software for tax processing.
Also we have Service Management module which is yet to implement.  We are
planning on implementing SS system as soon as possible. However, we found
out that some of the extension files introduced by SS-Vertex Interface are
missing from the PTFs. If someone can send me the file filed layouts
(DSPFLD) and key filed info (DSPKEY) for the following files, it will be
greatly appreciated.

a. SSP67U - Physical File
b. SSP00U - Physical File
c. SSP06U - Physical File
d. SSP55U - Physical File
e. SSP45U - Physical File
f. SSP10U - Physical File
g. SSP67UL1    - Logical File
h. SSP00UL1    - Logical File
i. SSP06UL1    - Logical File
j. SSP55UL1    - Logical File
k. SSP45UL1    - Logical File
l. SSP10UL1    - Logical File
m. SSP55L17    - Logical File

Perhaps, you may want copy the screen snapshots and attach them to a word
