This problem can be caused by a number of things.  The first thing I would
try is to load a zero balance for the incorrect account (delete everything
out off ACCVAL except the one account/period record and change the value to
0).  Try reloading that to assure the value goes to zero.  If it does,
reload the record with the correct amount.
