Yes, there is some documentation and it appears this new function
changes the current way the user Licenses are controlled/counted. I am
not real clear yet on how this function will effect System/21. The
Functional/MOP I read left me with more questions than answers at this
point. The documentation was in the August 2000 AEF that was with the
SP-4 Upgrade CD's. I wonder if the design change is an attempt to
control the usage of worlds of something to that effect.
