Diana,
        You can do a CLRPFM on Inp35f and reuse the item number. We usually
do a CLRPFM after running the item deletion program and had no problems.
Make sure that you also run other inventory purge utilities so that you get
rid of item history like movements etc eventually.

Has anyone reused item numbers after using the deletion routine. I found
that the records are not deleted from the Inp35F (item extension file). Any

reuse the item number?
