Re: AFI Consolidation

Thankyou Neville,

I was more concerned that OE AFI would not consolidate the same as IN
AFI.  There are some differences between the 2 modules.

My concern is that if the OE consolidation is not across session, we
have waisted heaps of effort and it may not be implemented.
