You would be happiest with a custom solution (if you have inhouse RPG
programmers).

We are using Symbol 68xx scanners which allow us to run 5250 emulation
sessions live on the scanner. In addition to using them for
shipping/receiving, we use them for UPC lookups and Inventory Counts. The
best part about this solution is that anything you can run on the AS/400 can
run from the scanner (provided you can trim the screen size down a bit).

Does anyone recommend a bar code scanning software that interfaces
seamlessly with System 21? If so, could you provide contact information.
Are there any packages Findlex should not investigate?

Thank-you
