Anybody came across the following situation ? :
One of our operations (pharmacueticals) has a new requirement in terms of
selling prices . It must sell item X at price Y for a given batch while
being able to sell same item X at price Z for anoher batch (more than 2
batches may coexist)

We do not want to introduce new Item references and we need to work on
Weighted average cost.
The start / end dates of pricing records cannot fully address this issue.
Has anyone got a solution ?
We also know that invoice printing will be problematic when a customer
buys partly from one batch and partly from
another.
Thank you for your input .
Gilbert
