Tools Command Set in Common Functions

It clearly states that CLNUSRALC can be run from Machine Manager...!!!
Thank you...

I have copied the relevant text forthwith... Please see the last
paragraph...
There follows a brief usage guide for each of these commands:

CLNUSRALC Cleanup User Allocations
The command CLNUSRALC will clear out any user allocations that are no
longer valid. User allocations are used to determine the number of users of
an application. It maybe the case that a job was terminated abnormally and
the user is still allocated to an application.

This command is very useful for assessing the real current Usage count . In
order to measure the current count of Users signed on to System 21, this
command should be run with the following syntax:

CLNUSRALC

The contents of file ICF03PHY in IPGCFF4 can then be queried over to save
off the actual usage at that time. This can be monitored over a period of
time to assess whether or not the current license limit is sufficient or
needs review.

If the license count is reached, this function is run in order to verify
the real current count on the system. This takes a period of time to run,
depending on how 'inaccurate' the information is at the time. This delay is
felt by the User who happened to reach the limit. Of course, if the real
count is not the limit, the User continues wondering what the delay was.

In order to prevent this, CLNUSRALC may be run from Machine Manager, or a
background job at predefined intervals, so that a User is less likely to
hit the limit. This will impact on the performance of the system as a
whole, so it needs careful implementation to get the maximum benefit from
the least performance overhead.
