There is a bug in some of the Mfg. modules that will lockup MSP99 (I.E.
Linked Item Maint.) also if you are using JBA Explorer and the users don't
get out cleanly this can cause lockups in MSP99. We run CLRPFM on this and
other '99' records in Machine Manager night jobs before the backup runs and
before we restart the JBA subsystems. This method works pretty good.

We frequently have users locked out of routes or work orders because records
are left in MSP99.  Since there is no date on the record only a time it is
difficult but we can see that the records are orphaned, or left by some
process.  We are on V3.5.2b spf2 but have had this problem for some time.
