Dear Great Lakes User Group Members:

It is time for our semi-annual user group meeting. This meeting proves to be
a very informative one. It is generously being hosted by Rexair and is being
held over two days Monday, October 16 and Tuesday, October 17 with a group
dinner on the evening of the 16th. The dinner provides some additional time
to exchange more information with each other. Please see attached agenda and
some training information. This meeting is being organized and supported
solely by our user group, including the training sessions.

Please e-mail back to lsmith@rexairinc.com with an updated name and address
for a registration packet to be sent to you with map, hotel and area
activities information. Also, if you would like to bring some giveaways
there is a place to note that on the registration form.

We are all looking forward to this meeting and sincerely hope to see you
there, your expertise and ideas are needed.

If you have any questions please contact Annette Petree at GB Mfg. Co.

Training in File Structures and AS400 Query
Conducted by Charlie Massoglia

Financial Systems File Structures
Would you like to know where and how your financial data is stored in your
JBA database? Would you like to easily access that data from a variety of
AS/400 and PC based inquiry tools or download that data to Excel? Come to
this session to learn how data is organized within JBA.
This introductory technical session is geared towards both IS and accounting
staff of all levels of expertise and would be of particular value to Query
users.

Using AS/400 Query to Produce Financial Reports
Would you like to produce your own financial reports without having to wait
until your IS staff has the time to help you? Would you like to lessen your
dependence on programmers to extract information from your Financial
Systems? Come to this session to learn how easy it is to use AS/400 Query
to produce your own financial reports. This introductory technical session
is geared towards both IS and accounting staff of all levels of expertise
and presumes no previous AS/400 Query experience. It would be helpful,
though not mandatory, to attend the Financial Systems File Structures
session before this session.
