If you are new to data collection concepts in general, there is a pretty
good seminar that we just attended at the University of Wisconsin that can
give you some background info and helpful tips and tricks (non-software
specific).  The name of the seminar is Bar Code Applications.  Another
session is being offered in December.  For detailed info about the seminar,
