Suzi,

If you use a special status type for follow-up and use the date for the
follow up date, you would limit the customers that appear on the controller
screen (2/are).

I have worked with several customers that use the controller screen this
way.

Is anyone aware of any add on collection programs to assist the Collections
Dept.?  We're actually looking for something that would alert the collectors
on follow up's without running text diary reports and having to scan through
those for the ones that need callbacks.  We have a large number of customers
which makes that rather time consuming and we know there are collection
packages available that would alert the credit manager and those responsible
for collections as to which customers needed to be followed up on a daily
basis, but we do not know if there are any specifically designed to work
with System 21.
