Our folks only use a subset of the module but we have had very few problems
with it. In fact that is one of my quietest groups... and I KNOW they're
using it. The only thing we added was a bolt on warranty claim processing
sub system.

Pat,
I've seen lots of "problems" in using Service Management.  Data conversion
issues, modifcations causing disruption, poor user training.  What's
happening with you?
