Pete, the problem is that of timeliness.  When I'm doing analysis on a user
request, I can't afford the time it takes to get a response from JBA Help desk
or even the friendly folks on this JBA list server.  (Uh-oh, I'm getting that
soapbox urge again!)

OTOH, if you want to give me your direct phone number...  ;-)
