Sorry if I didn't quite explain our situation or completely understand the
previous email.

We have already purchased the active report writer, had the price change upwards
on us twice after the first proposal, found out we "had" to uplift S/21 from
3.5.1 to 3.5.2 before it would work, ended up with no technical assistance on
installing, either the "AX" part or the Applix part to the NT servers and
associated clients. After a few difficulties we got the programs working
independently, but can't get the csv files (FTP is OK between AS/400 and NT
Server) into the TM-1 database using SC Assist.

I was looking to converse with someone who actually has the product up and
running and has used it in a beneficial way for their company. Also, to see
what were their expectations vs. what they are getting, what they hope to
achieve in future after present experience.
