"standard" was a bit of a joke.  I just meant a "non-standard" interface would
have all kinds of editing and would have to be completely reviewed when a new
PTF from JBA was applied.  This might include database changes to you
interface to match new functionality in SOP or Inventory.  A "standard"
interface would mimic a transaction processing screen in warehousing (as an
example).  Then let base JBA  warehousing/SOP/Inventory do the editing. It
also might make it easier to idenfy the demarkation point between the
interface and JBA SOP/Inventory, so PTF applies are less problematic.  Dan
Thomas referred to something JBA is going to do in the way of interfaces as
well.   Dan' s right, that Vertex "interface" is a monster.
