Dan,

We have had good success dealing directly with the Mt Laurel New Jersey
office of JBA.  They supplied both direct JBA employees as well as an
excellent contractor.  They are probably worth a call.  The JBA offices tend
to vary.  Our experience has been that Mt Laurel is the best, Chicago next,
and the Southern California office at the bottom.
