I have a one page document that describes the arrays used within the
reporting programs to process level breaks. Probably not very helpful,
but when I can get my laptop connected to internet I can get it to you.

To clarify my earlier email, when your run a Dream Writer report you run
the report with a Dream Writer version. If the report is based on
standard JDE Dream Writer logic and was created via the CASE tool then
you ought to be able to copy a Dream Writer version for the report and
just adjust the sort order and summary specifications on the new Dream
Writer. The RPG program shouldn't need to be changed.

somewhere, notes that I put together to help me unsderstand the level
breaking logic in JDE Dream Writer programs.

I will see if I can find them.

I've been asked to modify a report program that was written by another programmer using the JDE World Case tool. I need to modify the level breaks and subtotaling for the report. Normally, with regular RPG code, this wouldn't be a problem. But since it was written with the Case tool, this code is *not* normal.

Does anyone have a 'quick start' guide to this Case tool? Or know where to change the level breaks? I have a passing familiarity with JDE's SVR tool, but I've never used the Case tool.

Thanks
