Print file issue

It's getting late and I'm sure I need to stop but I just don't see why this
print file produces the misaligned output (see next screen)......

Does anyone see why the date and time don't line up? Here's the
dds...........

Any hints are much appreciated as I'm sure it's staring me right in
the face but I sure don't see it.
