I have an IFS shared directory where an user writes a XML file from a pc.
My problem is that accents appear as a 2 byte code, not the correct
character.
The CCSID of the file is 1251. OS version 7.2
I tried changing the CCSID, and also using ICONV with no results.
A procedure using %scanrpl with the different character pairs fixes the
file, but I wonder if there is a more elegant solution.

TIA
Raúl
