initialization

Robert:

RESET cannot be used within the *INZSR routine or any routine directly
invoked from within the *INZSR routine. (In other words, while the
*INZSR routine ("initialization") is "active."

Thanks in advance to anybody that can figure this one out!

I have created a qualified data-structure called "dsSend". Within it, I
have email variables, and I have initialized the "to" variable with an
email address I don't want to change. So, within the program, before
filling/refilling the email variables, I want to Reset the
data-structure
to it's initialized state.

However, whenever "Reset dsSend;" is executed, I am getting a Halt
(RNX0123) that states: "RESET operation before completion of
initialization." - I Reset the data-structure before filling any of the
variables, and the Halt is occurring on the first instance of the Reset
(before the data-structure is ever filled outside of the initialization
process).

What I have verified:
1. The line before the Reset is executed, the dsSend.to field IS filled
with the correct initialized email address.

2. Adding or removing the Inz keyword on the data-structure itself has
no
effect.

3. When removing the Inz keyword on the data-structure AND on all
variables within, then (within *inzSr) executing a Clear of the
data-structure, and filling the dsSend.to field within the desired email
address, I STILL get the same halt when attempting to reset the
data-structure.

4. Clear of the data-structure works fine, but it's not what I
need/want.

5. Reset(E) will not halt, but it also will not actually reset the
values.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
