Are there other steps needed to make RUNRMTCMD work? Is there a
requirement for particular services or settings on a Windows 7 desktop
to allow a remote connection? The failure is 00202, Call or program
failed.

I have used STRPCCMD, and that works just fine, excepting for the 123
character limit.
