An idea might be to set up a gmail account for midrange.com and set up a
google site/drive to host these files. You could easily map to
downloads.midrange.com or something similar.

I don't believe the wiki will let one upload generic files, but I recall
that the .kmp files are plain text, so you can paste the contents into a
page on the wiki. I'd start here:

One can create a new section there, or it might be preferable to create
a new page for Access customisation. That's pretty easy:
