You have another input capable record written at the bottom with an
overlay. You are going to have to read it back though. Just take your normal
Function Key Record and add your input fields.

Just curious for why you would want to do that?

I need to have an input capable subfile with the subfile control record as
usual carrying the headings and appearing above the subfile. But … I also
have a number of input fields that must appear _below_ the subfile.

When a single control record including both the headings and the input
fields I get record overlap errors. I didn’t recall that subfile and
control records had to be that distinct but I can’t find anything in the
docs that says one way or the other.

Anyone have an example that does this ? I’m thinking I might have to just
have control record appear below the subfile and supply the headings as a
separate record.
