You should be able to use either approach - it depends on the prototype.

If the proto has Options(*String) as it should then either the address or
the field can be passed. But if you using the address then the field itself
must be null terminated.

ie;
unlink (IFS_FILE_NAME);
or
unlink (%Addr(IFS_FILE_NAME);
