really curious why you're asking. I mean, is it just an idle academic
question? Do you have some purpose? Maybe a project of some kind?

James supports customers running on very old systems; there may be a
temporal component to the question as well. I'm sure he knows that
there are no 3rd parties which support fully free form ILE RPG...
