The subfield is right, but the DS line isn't. "PSDS" is the name of the data structure. You still need the PSDS keyword.

dcl-ds PSDS PSDS;
Pgm *PROC;

I know, that looks icky. It's easier to see what's what if you use a DS name other than "PSDS".

dcl-ds pgmStatusDs PSDS;
Pgm *PROC;
