Hey man! You covered me completely - I'm either saying too much or too little - that's cool!

The fully-free-format is for 7.1 only, I believe - here's the announcement -

And here's a snippet from the developerworks site that has the PTF - "it is only for TGTRLS(*CURRENT) on 7.1."
