Interesting - I've only ever seen it use capital letters in the error message when the quotes weren't used.

So that means that you need to specify the appropriate Service Program to the binder which I think someone gave you in an earlier response.

That API has a case-sensitive name i.e. 'QtmhRdStin' - so its prototype
needs to specify ExtProc('QtmhRdStin')

Since you are apparently not familiar with bound APIs you might do better
to use a toolset such as CGIDEV2 or powerExt or some other web oriented
kit rather than wrestle with the raw APIs. You are apparently already
using HTTPAPI - not user why you are using that and QtmhRdStin in the same
program but ...
