John I tried it in case sensitive mode and it still didn't find it.


That API has a case-sensitive name i.e. 'QtmhRdStin' - so its prototype
needs to specify ExtProc('QtmhRdStin')

Since you are apparently not familiar with bound APIs you might do better
to use a toolset such as CGIDEV2 or powerExt or some other web oriented
kit rather than wrestle with the raw APIs. You are apparently already
using HTTPAPI - not user why you are using that and QtmhRdStin in the same
program but ...
