I think there should be a space between .srvpgm and /QIBM...

I don't know that program (wsdl2ws.sh), but part of the parm string looks
like it's specifying the qualified name of a service program, and the other
part looks like the location and name of a .wsdl file.

I'm trying to run the sample web service from IBM. When trying to create
the client stub, I am entering the following in q shell:

===> /QIBM/ProdData/OS/WebServices/V1/client/bin/wsdl2ws.sh
-o/convtemp/RPG -lrpg

s/qsys.lib/cvttemp.lib/wsrpg.srvpgm/QIBM/ProdData/OS/WebServices/V1/client/samples/ConvertTemp/ConvertTemp.wsdl
I get the following errors:

java.io.FileNotFoundException:

/qsys.lib/cvttemp.lib/wsrpg.srvpgm/QIBM/ProdData/OS/WebServices/V1/client/samples/ConvertTemp/ConvertTemp.wsdl
(A file or directory in the path name does not exist.)

The client directory does exist at that path so I'm not sure what I'm
doing wrong at this point.
