i am trying to write data to a cell, but its only taking the first 1024 characters.

p9enote is 32000 long...

Row = HSSFSheet_createRow(sh_narrative : row#);
Cell = HSSFRow_createCell(Row: 0);
jstring = new_String(%trim(p9enote));
HSSFCell_setCellValueStr(Cell: jstring);

any way to bypass this apparent limit?
