Until then, if you have any interest at all in other approaches, I
recommend XlsxWriter and iSeriesPython. XlsxWriter is very
full-featured, probably competitive with or superior to POI; performs
at least as well and probably better than calling POI from RPG; and is
very, very easy to use (makes both Java and RPG look grotesquely
verbose, tedious, and cumbersome).
