Thanks for the heads-up, Buck. As a consumer of this list for less than
"many moons" I was unaware of the wiki's existence. It looks like it
could be a very useful resource.

Many moons ago, we started a Midrange FAQ. It had little traffic.
Then, we got our own wiki. It too, has little traffic.
This is a good moment to remind people that the wiki exists and it has
answers to questions like this one.
