If you have the QIBM_RPG_JAVA_EXCP_TRACE environment variable set to 'Y', the RPG runtime will cause a Java exception trace to be issued. It would be issued for all errors other the case where the Java method can't be called due to the class or method not being found.

There may also be a message in the job log that is more specific - take
a look and send us that, if you find it.


The RNX0301 message in the joblog should have the name of the Java exception.
