I can accept that there could be a code defect -- I'd prefer that, because that gives me a chance to fix something.
No files involved in this one. The only I/O is to the web service, and once the results are retrieved, my web service driver (WS3GetRgDv) will show the results via sndmsg.
I scanned the compile listings of all modules for "2100000" and got no results.

Keep trying -- I appreciate the ideas. :)

OK so it's really a problem with the code and not the debugger.

...call stack confirms that the intended procedure is at stmt
2100000001 (whatever that is), but nothing else happens.

You can tell what that statement is by looking at the compiler listing.
Typically, numbers like that are I/O. Is it possible there is a
record lock and the wait time is really long? That would look like a
'stuck'
program.
